Formed in 1981, Seattle

U-Men are early pioneers of the sound that would define Seattle.
They became a bit larger than life inside the music circles of Seattle, known for their rowdy antics on and offstage, they amassed an early cult following.  They went their separate ways in 1988, including Tom Price joining Gas Huffer and bassist Jim Tillman playing with Love Battery.
