Stone Gossard formed this band in 1993, as a creative side-project to his main group, Pearl Jam.  They spent the spring of that year creating their first project titled "Shame", then waited four years until their second was completed and finally their most recent was released in 2002.  Word has it, that Gossard has finished mixing the band's fourth project to be called "Best Friends".  It contains material recorded in 2004.  It will likely include songs the songs "Every Whisper," "Rush Hour," "No Regrets," "Price of Love," "One Love Remains," "Low," "Bless Me Father," "Believe in Yourself," "Oh Goodness," "Luxury Car" and "Holiday."  Best Friends is due for release later this year, 2008.

Jeremy Toback is no longer with the band.  More information on Jeremy Toback's latest project can be found at the bottom of this page.

Former Brad member Jeremy Toback along with Renee Stahl...
settled down in Los Angeles
with a simple idea: to make kids' music that adults could enjoy, not just tolerate - a collection of original songs for parents who appreciate the likes of Jack Johnson, Nick Drake, and Aimee Mann. The result is a treasure chest of luminous harmonies and sophisticated lullabies. Quiet time music for the whole family to enjoy together.

Renee Stahl & Jeremy Toback on FadedFlannel.comJeremy and Renee released their first album in 2007 called "It's A Big World".  The title track came to Jeremy on a walk with his 1-year-old son, Ezra - after wondering what life would be like through his eyes. And Renee crafted her haunting and minimalist lullaby, Powder Blue, out of her own meditations on motherhood before becoming one herself.

So, if you grunge fans have children, turn them on to one of your favorite artists doing something for them and your family.
